Government and Housing Associations

Maybrick have for many years been working with Housing Associations of all sizes directly and indirectly. Our services range from day to day small works, planed maintenance, gas and electrical certification, testing and purging of commercial gas to UP1A, plant and pipework replacement, chlorination services, design and investigation into existing mechanical and electrical installation and troubleshooting with detailed reports.

One service we also offer is to liaise with the HA main contractor on defect works and latent defects in an effort to save the HA costs where the main contractor is at fault. We hold PI insurance for these services.

We work currently with L&Q, One Housing Group, ISHA to name but a few.
