We carry out contract and non-contract repair, testing, maintenance and scheduled maintenance work to commercial and residential heating systems throughout Essex and London.

No call-out charges

We do not make a charge for coming out to inspect a problem with a commercial heating or hot water installation.

There is a minimum charge of £180.00 which covers the cost of 3 hours of labour during the visit.

Free Estimates

We are very happy to provide free estimates before undertaking any work. The estimate is valid for 28 days, and you are under no obligation whatsoever to award the work to us.

Response times

We respond to all calls as swiftly as possible.
Our quoted response times are:
Non-urgent faults - 24 hours

Schedule of Rates

The following rates apply to work on commercial heating systems. VAT at the current rate is added to all charges:

Maintenance and repair work

Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm - £50 per hour
Monday - Friday 6pm -10pm, Saturday and Sunday - £80 per hour
Monday - Sunday 10pm - 8am, Bank Holidays - £160 per hour

Fixed Price Works

The following fixed rates apply to work on commercial heating systems:

Boiler/Burner Servicing - From £120.00
Gas Safety Certificates - From £180.00 (includes gas meter, gas pipework and 1 gas appliance; £50 per additional appliance.)
